Description
uva wine bar is a family-owned, veteran-owned wine bar at 1268 Interquest Parkway, Suite 160, in Colorado Springs. The owners, Liz and Alec, opened it after years of traveling to vineyards and say it is meant as a place to explore and learn about wine at any level of experience.
The menu includes over 40 wines by the glass and more than 200 by the bottle, paired with gourmet small plates, desserts, cocktails and beer. The bar hosts live music, wine dinners and wine bootcamps, and has a private room for parties. Reservations are accepted, with a phone call requested for parties over 12, and online ordering and catering are available.
