Fossil Craft Beer Company

Fossil Craft Beer Company is a brewery and taproom at 2845 Ore Mill Rd in Colorado Springs. The brewery has operated since 2014 and describes itself as brewer owned, with a focus on true-to-style beers made mainly with locally sourced ingredients. The taproom has 18 taps: six flagships and twelve rotating selections that include seasonal beers, seltzers and kombucha. Styles on the board range from lagers and ales to stouts and hazy IPAs, with gluten-free and non-alcoholic options as well.

The taproom does not run a kitchen. Instead, a rotating lineup of food trucks visits, and guests can bring in food or order takeout from nearby eateries. The brewery also holds trivia nights, a Monday group run and occasional talks, and the taproom can be reserved for private events by phone or email.
