Phantom Canyon Brewing Company is a brewpub at 2 E Pikes Peak Ave in downtown Colorado Springs, set in the historic Cheyenne Building at the corner of Pikes Peak and Cascade avenues. The restaurant opened in 1993 and describes itself as the city's original brewpub, pairing house-crafted beers with appetizers, salads and entrees.
Guests can dine in, sit outside, or order takeout and online. There is a kids menu and a late-night menu, along with happy hour drink specials, event spaces for weddings, reunions and other gatherings, and catering. Reservations are accepted.
