Description
WestFax Springs is a brewery taproom at 3043 W Pikes Peak Ave in Colorado Springs' Old Colorado City area. It is the second taproom for WestFax Brewing, which also operates a brewery in Lakewood. The Springs location opened in July 2024 and has an indoor taproom, an outdoor beer garden and a heated upstairs patio. The brewery describes its focus as hop-forward ales, including hazy and West Coast IPAs, along with traditional and modern lagers, and it keeps a sour ale on tap.
Food comes from Pin-Txi Wey, the exclusive food partner, a Mexican food truck run by Chef Fernando Trancoso and Princess Estrada. Its menu highlights quesabirria tacos, pork belly al pastor and duck flautas. The taproom also hosts special events, including a one-night, six-course Chef's Counter dinner. Overflow parking is available next to Wendy's at 3025 W Pikes Peak Ave.
