Description
Mission Coffee Roasters is a coffee roaster and cafe at 11641 Ridgeline Dr in Colorado Springs. The Bixler family founded it in 2003, and the roastery says its purpose is to support missionaries, ministries and other non-profits through coffee sales. Its founder began in specialty coffee in 1991, and the beans are roasted on a Diedrich roaster.
Beyond the cafe, the business sells coffee online and rents co-working and conference space by the hour or day. It also helps schools, churches and non-profits set up coffee fund-raising projects. Call ahead or check the website for the menu.
