Description
Story Coffee Company is a coffee shop at 120 E Bijou St in downtown Colorado Springs. The business was started by Don and Carissa Niemyer, who spent years in the coffee trade in Portland, Oregon, and visited more than 200 coffee shops across 45 states before opening their own. Their approach centers on simplicity, and their Tiny House Coffee Shop in Acacia Park lets customers step inside a small, minimalist space.
Story Coffee also has a second location in Old Colorado City and runs a wholesale program. Check the website or call ahead for the current menu.
