Slim Chickens

This Slim Chickens location at 1864 Democracy Pt in Colorado Springs is part of a fast-casual brand built around hand-breaded chicken tenders. The brand describes its tenders as 100% all-natural, marinated in a southern-style buttermilk blend and breaded by hand with each order.

The menu includes tender and wing meals served with Texas toast, a side and dipping sauces, plus tender bites, mac and cheese bowls topped with chopped tenders, and crispy and club-style chicken sandwiches and wraps. Grilled tenders are an option for guests avoiding gluten, though the brand notes shared fryer oil and cannot guarantee a gluten-free kitchen. Orders can be placed online or through the Slim Chickens app for pickup, delivery or drive-thru.
