Description
Trailer Birds is a Nashville-style hot chicken spot, and this location is at 1466 Garden Of The Gods Rd Ste 160 in Colorado Springs. The brand comes from the Dickey's Barbecue Pit restaurant family and launched in November 2021. The menu centers on crispy chicken tenders and a hot chicken sandwich served with coleslaw and pickles on a toasted brioche bun.
Tenders come in four heat levels, with a no-heat option for those who want to skip the spice. Sides include hand-cut fries, crispy tots, mac and cheese, and coleslaw, and there are house-made dips such as ranch and comeback sauce. Takeout and catering are available, including party packs of 25 to 100 tenders.
