East Coast Deli

East Coast Deli is a New York style delicatessen and restaurant at 24 S Tejon St in downtown Colorado Springs. The owners, Chris and Laura, are from Long Island and have run restaurants in New York, Las Vegas, and Colorado Springs since moving here in 1999. Breakfast is served, and the deli also offers a catering menu.

The kitchen brings in key ingredients from New York, including pastrami and corned beef, Nova lox from Brooklyn, Gabila's knishes, Sabrett hot dogs, and Dr. Brown's soda. Breads and bagels are baked on the premises, and soups, roasted turkey and roast beef, potato salad, cole slaw, and quiches are made in house. The menu also lists sandwiches, salads, soups, and burgers.
