Description
Pasta di Solazzi is a family-run fresh pasta and sauce shop at 1753 S 8th St in Colorado Springs. Gregg Braha and Gina Solazzi first opened it in 1982 and ran a market and deli for more than two decades. Their three daughters have now joined them to relaunch the business with a narrower focus on fresh pasta and sauce.
The pasta is made from semolina, eggs, and water, extruded through bronze dies on an Italian machine. The shop sells pasta, sauces, oven-ready meals, and specialty items through its online store, with pickup and limited local delivery. Check the website to order.
