Description
Seoul Korean BBQ is a Korean barbecue restaurant at 1645 Briargate Pkwy in Colorado Springs. Guests grill meats at their own table, with beef, pork, chicken and seafood choices such as bulgogi, galbi, pork belly, shrimp and baby octopus, served with side dishes.
The menu also includes soft tofu stew, stone-pot rice dishes, cold noodles and appetizers like dumplings and pan-fried savory pancakes. The restaurant was founded by chef JW Lee, who began cooking in Korea and has since opened more than 20 restaurants using family recipes. Catering and online ordering are available, and gift cards can be purchased through the website.
