Bambino’s Urban Pizzeria

Bambino's Urban Pizzeria is a pizzeria at 36 E Bijou St in downtown Colorado Springs, serving Neapolitan-style pizza, pasta bowls, salads and desserts. The 11.5-inch pizzas are made with homemade dough from Italian-milled flour and house-made Fior Di Latte mozzarella, and they are fired fast, with the restaurant saying they are ready in about 10 minutes.

Beyond pizza, the menu includes meatballs, breadsticks, rotisserie wings, mac-n-cheese bowls and dessert pizzas. You can dine in, sit on the patio, or order takeout or delivery online, and the kitchen offers vegan and gluten-free options. Catering is available for parties and work events. The open kitchen and dough room can be seen from the street.
