Stellina Pizza Cafe is a Roman-style pizza and Italian cafe at 749 E Willamette Ave in Colorado Springs, in a building that served as a neighborhood market starting in 1910. The restaurant opened in May 2020 and keeps touches of the old market, including tin ceilings and wood floors.
The kitchen is built around rectangular Roman-style pizza made with a house sourdough starter, plus scratch-made semolina pastas, focaccia, house-made gelato and Italian wines. Dine-in, patio seating, takeout, online ordering, reservations and catering are all available. A happy hour runs several days a week, and community nights donate a share of sales to local nonprofits and schools.
