The menu covers jerk chicken and pork, braised oxtails, red snapper prepared several ways, and ackee and salt fish, which the restaurant calls Jamaica's national dish. Jamaican patties, wings in jerk, mango guava and jerk BBQ styles, and vegetarian curries such as curried tofu round it out.

The food truck travels to events around Colorado Springs, with regular stops at Fort Carson, Schriever Air Force Base and the U.S. Air Force Academy, so locations can change.
