Pikes Poke Bowl

Pikes Poke Bowl is a locally owned poke and ramen restaurant at 9290 Highland Ridge Hts in Colorado Springs, just east of the Briargate Shops. It opened in the Briargate area in late 2019 and is the sister restaurant to Kura Japanese Restaurant.

The menu centers on poke bowls built from your choice of rice or greens, proteins like ahi tuna, salmon, shrimp, octopus, grilled chicken or tofu, then toppings and sauces. Signature bowls include the Maui, Honolulu and California styles. The kitchen also serves Japanese ramen, bao buns, musubi, onigiri and boba drinks, and gluten-free noodles are available. Online ordering and takeout are offered.
