Snowpack Taproom & Pizzeria is a two-level taproom and pizza spot on Main Street in Conifer, Colorado, open since 2017. The upstairs taproom pours rotating craft beer, cider, wine and cocktails alongside a full menu that includes brick-oven pizza, wings, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and a tapas-style small-plate menu served only for dine-in. Kids' options and gluten-free pizza are also on the menu.
The building has fireplaces, a firepit, an outdoor patio and a bandshell, and the team says families and dogs on the patio are welcome. Events include trivia, a bluegrass jam and live music. The downstairs pizzeria room is used for private parties and special events. Catering, takeout, online ordering and reservations are available.
