Pippo's Cafe is a Mom & Pop style cafe at 100 W Main St in Cortez, Colorado. It opened in 1961 as a counter and two tables and has since grown to ten tables and two counters. The cafe was named for the original owner's uncle, Pippo, and the name has never changed.
Breakfast is served all day, and the cafe also offers lunch. It describes itself as a place "where good friends meet," and it caters weddings, reunions, birthdays, holiday parties and other events.
