Camp 4 Coffee

Camp 4 Coffee is a coffee shop at 402 1/2 Elk Avenue in downtown Crested Butte, with a second shop in Crested Butte South. The coffee is roasted by hand in small batches, and the in-house drinks use the Sledgehammer house blend. The menu covers espresso drinks, drip coffee, cold brew, smoothies, tea, spiced chai and hot cider in season, along with Big B organic juices from Paonia.

The shop also offers sweet pastries, cookies and donuts, plus savory filled croissants that can be heated on request. Walk-in service and outside seating are available. Whole-bean blends such as Sledgehammer, Art of Darkness and Blue Mesa are sold by the pound in store and online, with shipping, pickup and local delivery in the Gunnison Valley. The owner, Al Smith, has been serving coffee in the area since 1993.
