Breadery

Breadery is a sourdough and vegetable-forward restaurant, bar and bakehouse at 209 Elk Ave in Crested Butte, Colorado. The kitchen works from scratch: bread and pizza dough are hand mixed, pastas are hand rolled, and sauces, dressings and pestos are made in house. The menu changes with the seasons and leans on Colorado ingredients, with sourdough flatbreads, seasonal salads, pastas and desserts, plus cocktails and natural wines.

Chef and owner Meg Antonczyk leads the kitchen. The restaurant grew out of a sourdough brunch concept that began in 2018 and moved to its Elk Avenue location in 2021. Reservations are accepted, and takeout orders are taken by text. The restaurant notes it cannot guarantee a kitchen free of gluten for guests with severe gluten allergies.
