Izakaya Cabin

Izakaya Cabin is a Japanese restaurant at 321 Elk Ave in Crested Butte, modeled on the izakaya, Japan's neighborhood bar for drinks and shared plates. Downstairs, the main bar, sushi bar, community tables and a summer patio set a lively, social mood, with orders placed through a digital platform. Upstairs, the Loft offers a quieter, more traditional sushi dining experience without screens.

The kitchen works with sushi, sashimi and nigiri alongside yakitori, karaage, bao buns, tempura and ramen. The restaurant also hosts private events and offers catering, takeout, reservations and a daily happy hour.
