The Tipsy Trout Taproom

The Tipsy Trout Taproom is a bar with a beach theme on Main Street in Delta, Colorado, built around a patio with a corner stage, misters and shade sails. Drinks run from rotating Colorado craft taps to a draft margarita, a michelada, a coconut rum cocktail and a no-alcohol coconut limonada.

Charcoal-grilled chicken comes from the El Pollo truck parked out front, using family recipes from Colombia. The menu includes rice bowls, tacos, quesadillas, wings and quarter, half or whole birds with green sauce. Order at the truck window or at the bar. Live music plays on most weekends, and dogs are welcome on the patio.
