Description
Cholon Restaurant Concepts is the Denver restaurant group co-founded by Chef Lon Symensma. The downtown location at 1555 Blake St., Suite 101, serves a modern Asian dinner menu built around small plates, dim sum and larger dishes.
The menu includes soup dumplings, bao buns with pork belly or tofu, Malaysian pork belly noodles and seared scallops with tamarind brown butter.
