Cultura Chocolate is a Mexican American owned bean-to-bar chocolate maker and community cafe at 3742 Morrison Rd in Denver's Westwood neighborhood. The business centers on cacao and maiz, which it uses to make chocolate, beverages, baked goods and more, with the aim of preserving ancestral foods and traditions rooted in Mexican culture.
The space also hosts cooking classes, workshops and community events, and an online store and wholesale options are available. The owner, Damaris Ronkanen, started the chocolate company in 2016 and opened the Westwood cafe in 2020.
