Description
Lodough Bakery is a scratch-made bakery at 1850 Wazee Street in Denver's Lower Downtown district, in the Dairy Block alley. It was founded in November 2021 by Jan Kratzer, an Austrian-born baker and culinary school graduate who has worked in Switzerland, Scotland and the United States.
The bakery describes its fresh bread and pastries as inspired by the baking of Paris. Pre-orders are available through online ordering, and the bakery says it is now open on Tuesdays.
