Mermaid's Bakery is a family-owned bake shop at 1543 Champa St in downtown Denver, in business since 2008. The bakery makes its cupcakes from scratch, with about 15 flavors ready by 8:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and a rotating set of flavors each week.
