Odell’s Bagel

Odell's Bagel is a bagel shop at 3200 Irving St in Denver's Highlands neighborhood, set in a 1910-era building that has housed a bakery for about 30 years. Chef Miles Odell makes the bagels by hand with a blend of locally milled flour and a slow, cold fermentation, then kettle-boils them and bakes them on a hearth stone. The display case also holds house-whipped cream cheeses, house-made pickles, jams and mustards, and tinned fish.

Bagels are served Wednesday through Sunday mornings, with pickup, delivery and online ordering available. The shop also offers dinner at the counter with a tasting menu and curated cocktail and wine lists, with reservations accepted. Catering is available for gatherings of any size, including spreads, salads, baked goods and small-batch roasted coffee.
