Slater's 50/50 is a gastropub at 3600 Blake St in Denver, part of a restaurant group that started in Southern California in 2009. The name comes from its signature patty, made from half ground bacon and half ground beef. The menu also includes burgers, flatbreads, salads and milkshakes, with a rotating selection of craft beers on tap.
