Description
Athmar Lounge is a family-owned dive bar at 1795 W Mississippi Ave in Denver, in business since 1979. The bar pours domestic beer and cocktails and runs daily happy hour specials. Pool, shuffleboard, darts, video games and an internet jukebox give regulars plenty to do, and games are shown for sports fans.
The bar does not serve a full kitchen menu, but it describes a new menu and offers takeout, and guests are welcome to bring in their own food. A party room holds groups of up to 100 for birthdays and private events, and free WiFi is available. Call 303-935-5238 to ask about hosting an event.
