Description
Middleman is a neighborhood cocktail bar at 3401 East Colfax Avenue in Denver. The space was designed, built and owned by cousins Charlie Thomas and Jareb Parker, with hand-built woodwork and artwork by local artist RUMTUM. The bar pours original cocktails and classics, along with beer and wine, and leans toward amari, vermouths and unusual spirits like genepy and mastiha.
The menu also includes boilermakers, where you pick a beer and a shot, and comfort-style bar bites from Misfit Snack Bar, led by Chef Bo Porytko. A happy hour runs Monday through Thursday. Check the menu on the website before you go.
