Description
Run For The Roses is a subterranean cocktail lounge at 1801 Blake St #10 in Denver's Dairy Block, with plush seating and jewel-toned decor inspired by the cocktail clubs of an earlier era. The classic cocktail menu is presented as a deck of cards, with the number on each card showing the base spirit. A seasonal menu, rare and vintage spirits, and non-alcoholic cocktails round out the drinks list.
The lounge offers a small menu of parlor snacks but does not have a full kitchen. Seating is walk-in only with no reservations, and guests must be 21 or older with a valid ID. The entrance is in the alleyway between Blake and Wazee streets, and an elevator provides ADA access. Online ordering is available.
