Champagne Tiger

Champagne Tiger is a French-American diner at 601 E Colfax Ave in Denver, set in the old Tom's Diner building. The dinner menu pairs bistro classics with diner staples, including steak au poivre, beef tartare, Wellfleet oysters, cast iron salmon, a cheese smashburger and a kimchi grilled cheese. Desserts include a dark chocolate pot de creme and a lemon bundt cake.

Brunch is a big part of the picture, with a Friday brunch, Saturday brunch and a Sunday drag brunch that has a separate show fee. The restaurant also hosts piano music on Wednesday nights, runs a happy hour, and takes reservations inside while the garden patio is first come, first served. Free parking is available in a small private lot, and catering and online ordering are offered.
