Description
Amalgam Brewing is a small-batch blendery in Denver focused on mixed-culture and barrel-aged beers. It began in 2017 and is owned and operated by founders Eric Schmidt and Phil Joyce, who describe the project as beer made without creative barriers, drawing on food, farming and wine.
The tasting room at 6381 Beach St. Unit A is open only occasionally, for bottle releases and special events. The brewery shares news of openings through its mailing list and social media, and takeout is available.
