Description
Black Shirt Brewing Co is a craft brewery and pizzeria at 3719 Walnut Street in Denver's RiNo Art District. The kitchen makes its pizza dough from scratch, working spent grain from the brewing process together with two Italian flours. The menu pairs house beer with specialty pies, build-your-own pizzas and calzones, oven-roasted wings, garlic bread, a soft pretzel and salads, and gluten-free cauliflower crust is available on small pizzas.
There is a beer garden and a brew house with live music on select nights, plus a weekly Jeopardy Bar League trivia night on Thursdays. The brewery offers takeout, delivery and online ordering, and takes bookings for groups and parties.
