Description
Cerebral Brewing is a Denver craft brewery that opened in 2015 and describes its approach to beer as scientific, with an in-house QA/QC lab since day one. The taproom at 1477 Monroe St pairs indoor seating with a spacious outdoor patio, and the brewery's draft list spans lagers, hazy and West Coast IPAs, fruited sours, stouts and barrel-aged beers. Smaller 4oz pours let guests build their own flight.
A rotating lineup of food trucks parks at the taproom Tuesday through Sunday, and guests are welcome to bring their own food. Well-behaved pets are allowed on the patio, and children are welcome with supervision. Gluten-free beers from another brewery are available, along with kombucha and soda, and private event reservations can be requested for groups.
