Cerveceria Colorado

Cervecería Colorado is a Denver brewery on Platte Street that makes Mexican-inspired lagers and craft beers. The brewery says it uses traditional Mexican ingredients, flavors and processes to create new styles of beer, and it describes beer as something meant to be shared with family and neighbors.

Founded in 2018 as a sister brewery to Denver Beer Co., it holds "Cervezas for Causes" happy hours that donate part of the proceeds to community organizations. It also describes sourcing most of its malt in Colorado, running on solar-powered production and composting at the taproom. Catering is available, and 12-packs of its ¡Venga! lager are sold.
