Description
Cohesion Brewing is a taproom-focused brewery at 3851 Steele St in Denver's Clayton neighborhood. It opened in 2021 and takes its cues from Czech beer culture, drawing on that country's beer styles and its methods of production and service.
The brewery says it uses locally grown malt, Czech hops, decoction mashing, open fermentation and natural carbonation, and serves through Lukr taps. It also looks for ways to bring in local ingredients and other brewing techniques. Dogs are welcome on the outdoor patio only. The taproom can host private events of up to 175 people, including the patio, with catering or food trucks and AV equipment available.
