Description
Colorado Cider Company has been making cider in Denver since 2011, working from apples grown in its own orchard on the Western Slope. The orchard was first planted in 2013, and the cidery has since released single-varietal and blended ciders from that fruit, along with a pear perry.
The lineup includes Glider, Glider Dry, Cherry Glider and Grasshop-ah, which the company describes as one of the first hopped ciders in the country. The taproom is at 2650 W 2nd Ave. Check the website for what is currently on tap.
