Diebolt Brewing Company

Diebolt Brewing Company is a family-owned craft brewery and tasting room at 3855 Mariposa St in Denver's Sunnyside neighborhood. It opened in 2013 in an old brick building that once housed a meat packaging facility, and brews, ferments and packages its beer on site.

The tap list ranges from West Coast and hazy IPAs to pilsners, lagers, sours, French-style ales and barrel-aged stouts, including Vladislav, an imperial stout that won a bronze medal at the 2023 World Beer Cup. Beer is poured in sizes from a 4-ounce taster to a full pint and sold to go in cans. Seating is available indoors and outdoors. The brewery also runs weekly events, including a Tuesday run club and a Wednesday pizza-and-pint pairing.
