Dry Dock Pub

Dry Dock Pub is the brewery and pub of Dry Dock Brewing Company, at 1101 S Pearl St in Denver. The company opened in 2005 as Aurora's first craft brewery, growing out of The Brew Hut, a homebrew shop founded in 1995. The beer list is built around fruit-forward ales, including Apricot Blonde, Apricot Sour, Blood Orange Blonde and Tropical Sour, along with a vanilla porter and a seasonal Hopricot IPA. Cocktails such as a strawberry basil daiquiri, a blackberry mule and a paloma are also on offer.

The weekly schedule includes Sunday brunch, a burger and beer deal on Mondays and a wing night on Thursdays, plus a happy hour on Sunday through Thursday evenings. Catering is available, and the menu and more details are on the website.
