Ratio Beerworks

Ratio Beerworks is an independent craft brewery with a taproom at 2920 Larimer St. in Denver's River North area. The brewers say their roots are in the punk rock scene and that they learned the craft in Germany. The lineup spans traditional styles with a modern twist, including a Mexican-style lager, a Czech-style pilsner, a hefeweizen, a French saison, West Coast and juicy IPAs, and a carrot and elderflower saison that won a GABF gold medal in 2023. Flights, non-alcoholic seltzers, kombucha and sparkling water are also available.

The taproom does not sell food itself. Food trucks visit during the week, and guests are welcome to bring their own food. Dogs are allowed on the outdoor patio. Reservations are not required, but groups and private events can arrange space by emailing the taproom.
