Description
The Block Distilling Co. is a craft distillery and tasting room at 2990 Larimer St in Denver's River North Arts District. The team makes its spirits in house, including seasonal gins, whiskies and vodka, and works directly with a Missouri farming family on the grain it uses. Its releases have included a 6.5-year bottled-in-bond straight rye whiskey and a straight wheat whiskey made with the Colorado School of Mines.
The tasting room serves cocktails, spirits samplers and bottles, plus non-alcoholic options including coffee. Bottles are available for local pickup or shipping, and custom barrels can be arranged. Catering is available.
