Description
Waldschänke Ciders & Coffee is a cidery, coffee bar and European-style kitchen at 4100 Jason St in Denver. The Dufresne family opened it, drawing on a Swiss woodland tavern their grandfather helped build, and it makes a range of European-inspired ciders served alongside coffee roasted in-house.
The kitchen, called The EuroShack, serves breakfast daily, including breakfast sandwiches, Alpine-style burritos and traditional Rösti plates. Afternoon and evening bar eats include flatbreads. The taproom hosts weekly Bingo and Trivia nights, plus live music and cider releases. Online ordering and catering are available, and the website has menus and a calendar.
