Highland Tap & Burger

Highland Tap & Burger is a locally owned burger and craft beer restaurant at 2219 W 32nd Ave in Denver. It is one of several Tap & Burger locations from The Culinary Creative Group, with Chef Carrie Baird serving as culinary director. The restaurant describes a menu made in-house with ingredients sourced from Colorado farmers and merchants, alongside a Colorado-centered beer list of 20-plus craft beers and a cocktail program.

The Tap hosts private events such as family celebrations, corporate meetings, holiday parties and rehearsal dinners, and also offers catering. Reservations and online ordering are available. A 20% service charge is added to dine-in bills and is distributed to team members.
