Hopdoddy Burger Bar

Hopdoddy Burger Bar is a burger restaurant in the 9th & Co development at 4024 East 8th Place in Denver, and one of two Hopdoddy locations in the city. The menu centers on handcrafted burgers made with Wagyu, bison, Angus beef, ahi tuna or chicken, plus veggie and smash-style options, Nashville hot chicken, chicken tenders, salad bowls and shareable fries. The restaurant says it bakes its buns in-house and hand cuts its fries.

The bar side of the business includes beer, margaritas, craft cocktails and spiked milkshakes. Dine-in, takeout and breakfast service are available, and happy hour runs Monday through Thursday from 3 to 6 p.m. with half-off drinks and sliders. Parking nearby is limited, and the area is walkable.
