Café Zuri is an independent coffee shop and micro bar at 3718 W 32nd Ave in Denver's Highlands neighborhood. It opened in October 2012 and describes itself as a local, family-run spot built around coffee and homemade pastries.
The food menu follows European recipes, with French croissants and Danishes, German apple strudel and Swiss walnut cake, plus breakfast burritos and quiche. Drinks range from espresso drinks, chai, matcha and smoothies to Czech beer, Irish whiskey and cocktails such as the Czech Mule and Espresso Martini. The shop says it has no WiFi and asks guests not to bring laptops, so it is meant for conversation. Pastry cakes can be ordered 48 hours ahead.
