Description
Coffeegraph is an Indonesian-inspired, family-run coffee shop at 3800 Julian St in Denver's West Highland area. Owners Brenda and Troy Carlson source green beans from Sumatra, Brenda's birthplace, and roast them at the First Crack co-roasting facility. The menu also includes pour-overs made from other house-roasted coffees.
Housemade syrups draw on Indonesian flavors such as coconut palm sugar, pandan and vanilla. The signature Noir Bliss latte is made with black sesame and black cocoa. Pastries and other food come from partner bakeries, and catering is available. Check the website for details.
