ink! Coffee is a Colorado coffee company that roasts its beans by hand in small batches at a facility in Denver's RiNo neighborhood. It began in 1994 as a stainless steel cart in Snowmass Village and now runs several Denver cafes, one of them at 1920 17th St.
Besides espresso and brewed coffee, cafes serve sandwiches such as prosciutto, Italiano and roast beef, along with salads, pastries, protein bars and gluten-free treats. Lunch menus vary by location, and beans are sold online with a subscription option for home delivery.
