Description
Neon Cowboy is a neighborhood coffee shop and bar at 300 S Logan St in Denver. By day it serves locally roasted coffee and a rotating seasonal menu. In the evening the focus shifts to craft cocktails, cold beer and bar bites.
The kitchen is led by Chef Michael Sanguinetti, who was born in New Orleans and raised on French Creole cooking, with later stops in Texas and Hawaii shaping his style. The space is also open for events, and guests are asked to let the staff know ahead of time if they plan to bring extra people. Check the website for the menu.
