Description
Q House is a modern Chinese restaurant at 3421 E Colfax Ave in Denver's Bluebird District. Chef Christopher Lin draws on Taiwanese and Sichuan cooking as well as the Cantonese-based dishes of traditional Chinese-American restaurants, updating regional dishes into smaller, shareable plates.
Lin grew up in his family's restaurant in New Hampshire and later trained in New York City under Floyd Cardoz and David Chang. The restaurant accepts reservations, and large parties or full buy-outs can be arranged by email. Pick-up orders are available, many dishes can be made vegetarian or vegan, and street parking is available along Colfax and nearby side streets.
