Description
Biker Jim's is a Denver gourmet sausage and hot dog business that began in 2005 as a cart on the 16th Street Mall. Founder Jim Pittenger built a following with unusual game sausages such as elk jalapeño cheddar, rattlesnake and pheasant, reindeer, and wild boar.
